Starry sky

I've been hanging onto that desire to create and have made some good progress on my new project:

After one week of work on my Galaxy quilt, 4 blocks are complete and 3 are ready to go.

The four blocks on the bottom left are all sewn, and the three on the right are in progress. It is a twelve block quilt, so I feel as if I'm already more than halfway. Yay!

I'm really enjoying putting this one together so far. Rainbows are totally fun. :)

    I love it! Those colors really glow against the black.

      Thanks! I am loving it too. Rainbow colors are happy!

      The background is actually a deep navy, Kona "Nautical" mixed with a bit of a Moda print from Sentimental Studios that looks night sky-ish. But my photo skills are lacking. :P
